Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep/Staff Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their culinary skills and contribute to our renowned dining service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes for our à la carte and event menus.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with health regulations.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
