Vacancy Description
- Brewing high quality beer to specifications
- Taking samples for analysis
- Preparing ingredients for the brew
- Stock-take
- Bringing the malts to the brewhouse
- Digging out the mash-tun
- Physical roles including tidying up of the brewhouse before, during and after production
- Cellaring duties such as fermentation management, dry hopping and transfers
- Packaging duties; Kegging into steel kegs & keykeg, Canning into 330/440ml cans
