Vacancy Description

• Brewing high quality beer to specifications
• Taking samples for analysis
• Preparing ingredients for the brew
• Stock-take
• Bringing the malts to the brewhouse
• Digging out the mash-tun
• Physical roles including tidying up of the brewhouse before, during and after production
• Cellaring duties such as fermentation management, dry hopping and transfers
• Packaging duties; Kegging into steel kegs & keykeg, Canning into 330/440ml cans
