About The Role Based within the OT and sensory team, you will be part of a dedicated Sensory Impairment Team. Your responsibilities include implementing rehabilitation programs for adults and young people with hearing impairments, teaching orientation, daily living, and communication skills, and making onward referrals. You may also support other team members with casework and minor duties. The work is community-based and involves collaboration with other teams, agencies, and the voluntary sector. About You We seek a qualified Rehabilitation Officer (DipHE in Rehabilitation Studies or equivalent) who is flexible, self-motivated, and experienced in social care working with diverse disabilities. You should demonstrate the ability to establish links with other professionals and sectors, and have experience with hearing impairment equipment, including ordering, procurement, and troubleshooting.
