Our Digital & Data Service Line—covering Advisory, Product, and Transformation—brings together expertise in Digital, Data, AI, and Delivery to help organisations achieve measurable, sustainable results. We guide technology leaders through every stage of the journey, from shaping strategic roadmaps to delivering large-scale technology-enabled change.

  • Digital: We translate digital ambitions into reality, optimising technology landscapes, modernising platforms, and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive transformational impact.
  • Data: We lay the foundations for data-driven decision-making, building the infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and insights needed to unlock the full potential of data.
  • AI: We help organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively—defining governance models, piloting AI use cases, and scaling solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Delivery: We ensure that solutions move seamlessly from concept to implementation. Our Delivery teams manage complex portfolios and programs, orchestrating each phase to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes that truly make a difference.

Essential skills:

  • 15+ years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering and managing digital transformation within industry.
  • Significant experience operating at a senior level across client organisations (C-Level) to help them navigate the transformation successfully whilst nurturing strong relationships.
  • A strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships – proven track record of personally attributable sales of over £500k (ideally tracking toward £2m).
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in playing a senior role within the Service Line team, supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams.
  • Cross-sector experience is valuable, but we are open to exploring candidates with specific sector experience.

Experience:

  • Experience in 2 or more of the following:
  • Digital and AI Strategy: A strong track record of shaping digital and AI strategies that align business priorities with emerging technology opportunities. Experience leading the development of AI and digital roadmaps, including business case development and delivery planning. Experience advising clients on how to build the strategic and operational foundations needed to enable AI at scale.
  • AI and Digital Product Leadership & Transformation: A strong track record of embedding product-led operating models across technology and business teams. Experience with agile delivery (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), DevOps practices, and UX-led product development. An understanding of product-related architecture principles (e.g. API-first, composable architecture). Experience supporting client’s digital product journeys (from idea, to Proof of Concept through to deployed and scaled solutions).
  • Technology Modernisation and Optimisation: A strong track record of shaping and delivering technology modernisation strategies, including cloud migrations, application rationalisation and legacy decommissioning. Experience advising on the optimisation of IT estates to reduce complexity, lower cost and improve performance across infrastructure, platforms and applications. Experience designing and implementing modern service management models aligned to agile and DevOps ways of working.

Benefits package we offer at Moorhouse:

  • Cash package of up to circa £200,000 (including a £141,750 base salary and performance-based personal, company, and uncapped sales bonuses, paid every six months).
  • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
