Your new role

We\’re looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead and manage core IT services. This role involves overseeing systems, networks, and user support for staff, students, and visitors. You\’ll drive strategic IT projects, ensure infrastructure security, and collaborate across departments to align tech with institutional needs.

What you\’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience in IT leadership and infrastructure management
• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware), scripting (PowerShell), and SQL
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of higher education IT environments
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, WordPress, and project management
