Unit / Team
This role is part of the Atradius Collections Unit within the Western Europe Region, mainly focusing on the UK & Ireland.
Atradius Collections offers efficient, quick, and flexible solutions for collecting domestic and international trade debts. With a global network of specialists, lawyers, and insolvency practitioners, Atradius Collections serves over 15,000 customers, helping them reduce trade risks through B2B trade invoice collection services.
Credit-IQ is a new software solution by Atradius that automates accounts receivable management for businesses.
Job Description
The role is based on three key pillars:
- Providing sales and marketing support to build a lead pipeline, meeting regional inflow, revenue targets, and company objectives. This includes generating leads via email campaigns, website management, and database oversight.
- Driving the continued implementation of Credit IQ and expanding growth through various market channels.
- Managing projects to ensure a high-performing website that offers positive experiences, including site updates, SEO improvements, and creating landing pages for campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning to analysis.
- Creating engaging content aligned with brand standards.
- Managing email lists for targeted, personalized communication.
- Monitoring KPIs like deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and ROI.
- Staying updated with industry best practices and trends.
- Providing stakeholders with campaign success insights.
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the company\’s products and services to support sales.
- Contributing to regional revenue targets for Credit IQ and Agora.
- Marketing all products/services to the SME segment.
- Handling customer/prospect inquiries, collecting documentation, and proactively selling Credit IQ directly and via third-party intermediaries.
- Achieving sales targets, building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Participating in proposals and sales presentations as needed.
- Managing web analytics and SEO efforts.
- Designing customer journeys on the website to meet KPIs using behavioral data insights.
- Managing website development projects in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Optimizing keywords for SEO.
- Supporting content creation for social media, Google Ads, and event management.
- Providing event support and conducting competitor analysis.
Job requirements:
We seek a commercially driven individual to promote lead generation and SME sales in the UK and Ireland, with responsibilities including:
- Developing partnerships in the UK & Irish markets to grow SaaS and credit management platforms.
- Managing go-to-market strategies through local partnerships and direct sales.
- Guiding prospects from initial contact to active customer, unlocking partnership potential.
- Collaborating with marketing to set up promotional programs.
- Gathering feedback for product improvements.
- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
This role is open to candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience is desirable but not essential. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with CRM tools. Confidence in presenting and promoting Atradius Collections\’ products, adaptability, and resilience are key. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
