Our Global Talent Marketing & Insights (TM&I) team’s purpose is to build, execute and be known for best-in-class Talent Marketing, driven by insight, with an ED&I lens across everything we do, to deliver the right outcomes for our clients. Following a new client win, we are currently seeking a recruitment marketing professional to join the team as a Talent Marketing & Insights Consultant / Account Executive. Reporting to the dedicated Global Talent Marketing & Insights Manager, you will be a Subject Matter Expert in Early Careers attraction and support global multi-channel campaigns for this Financial Services client.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop in depth knowledge of the account and stay up-to-date with industry trends to bring new ideas and offer innovative solutions to the wider Talent Marketing & Insights Centre of Excellence and your dedicated client account.
- Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all Early Careers Talent Marketing projects globally.
- Support the Global Talent Marketing & Insights (TM&I) Manager in wider campaign management, employer branding initiatives and talent pool communications as required to position our client as an employer of choice.
- Bring best practice to the account teams and identify opportunities to train Recruiters on candidate engagement, social media advocacy and media and sourcing tool optimisation.
- Campaign management – delivering on time and within budget, with clear objective setting and ROI tracking.
- Obtain and understand performance metrics to identify ways to optimise campaigns.
- Work with TM&I Analyst to incorporate Market and Performance insights into campaign proposals.
- Partner with various stakeholders in each region, including our Operations teams, the client’s TA, Employer Branding and Early Career teams, and external partners, Universities and suppliers, to deliver best practice attraction and engagement campaigns.
Who you are:
- Experienced in recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, media management, talent community engagement and employer branding.
- Early Careers/ Campus recruitment campaign management experience would be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client and supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing and event management (virtual and in person) practices across Early Careers.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tech, CRMs, talent attraction channels and tools, social media management and data analytics tools.
- Experienced in creating compelling content such as videos, blogs, social media posts to engage with potential candidates.
- Knowledge of programmatic media platforms such as AppCast, Joveo etc. would be an advantage.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to work as part of cross regional team for a key client.
- Client service and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively within team.
