Location: Taunton (Hybrid Working)As the R&D Project Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers on multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include forward planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Key responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute R&D strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- Oversee R&D projects from initial concept development to final commercialization.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the R&D team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource distribution effectively.
- Develop and deliver technical reports, data analyses, and project updates to senior leadership.
- Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.

- Ensure all R&D activities comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
About you:Minimum of 3 Years Experience working hands-on with either; Embedded Software, Electronics or Mechanical DesignStrong project management skills and experience with product development cyclesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
