Job Description Assistant Manager Opportunity – Full-Time, Warrington – Up to £32,000 + Commission (Experience in Tile and Bathroom Industry is compulsory) Are you passionate about design, customer service, and leadership? We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Warrington showroom, working with a leading innovator in tile, kitchen, and bath solutions. In this full-time role, you’ll support the Showroom Manager in driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll oversee showroom layout, manage staff, and ensure the team is up to date with the latest product ranges and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day showroom operations and ensure service levels exceed customer expectations. Maintain strong communication with the team and Area Manager. Support in managing showroom merchandising and staffing to optimize customer experience. Monitor and protect company assets, taking swift action against shoplifting or fraud. Uphold staff discipline and apply company policies effectively. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing or developing staff. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A background in face-to-face customer sales, ideally within the KBB (kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom) industry.
