Your role:
As Payroll Team Leader, you’ll:

• Oversee and manage the payroll team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Support the development and launch of new payroll products.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Foster a positive, adaptable team environment that embraces change.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong technical payroll knowledge, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience with high volume payroll.
• Experience in launching new products or adapting processes within payroll.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace change and new challenges.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
