Workshop Technician/Fitter (Service and Repairs)

Location: Horsham

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Holidays + Bank Holiday + Pension + Training and Development Opportunities

Hours: 40 hours per week. Normal start 8.30am to 5.00pm ½ hour lunch or till 5.30pm with 1hr lunch (flexible)

Role Overview: The Workshop Technician role is varied, involving work on a range of commercial equipment. You will be responsible for building bespoke products as well as servicing and repairing products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building bespoke products.
2. Service and repair of specialised equipment.
3. Communicating with customers regarding servicing updates, providing quotes over the phone, and advising when required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have basic tool knowledge (spanners, air tools, screwdrivers, etc.).
2. Any mechanical background and/or qualification can be considered.
3. Basic electrical experience is desirable.
