This role requires the ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior effectively, and contribute to the overall progress of students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently across various subjects. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a productive atmosphere. Provide tailored support to individual students, including those with SEN.
