Financial Planning Administrator

Agility Resourcing are searching for an enthusiastic Administrator to work in a financial services environment. You will be able to work within a team and have previous experience working in a financial setting. The company itself is based in Preston and has a reputable name within their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into Financial Planning but not sure where to start or has no experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting administrators/paraplanners during busy periods and working in a team environment
• Dealing with providers and clients
• File preparation and existing business administration
• Produce quotations and submit new business applications
• Scanning, filing, opening, and franking post
• Chase outstanding pipeline cases

Person specification:

• Previous experience within financial services
• Team player
• Able to work to deadlines
• Able to take ownership for own work
