We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Engineer to join our team. The Installation Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various fire and security systems, including disabled refuge, access control, CCTV, intruder, and life safety systems. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and possess excellent technical skills in addition to holding an ECS Card or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fire and security systems, including disabled refuge, access control, CCTV, intruder, and life safety systems
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete installation projects on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the installed systems
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any client concerns or questions
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Installation Engineer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fire and security systems and their installation requirements
