This is a great opportunity for an experienced, delivery-focused Full Stack AI Engineer to shape and implement AI-driven solutions. We are a remote-first company with a modern, AWS-based tech stack.

You will collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle—from ideation and design to implementation and deployment.

What you\’ll be doing:

1. Be a product-driven innovator: work closely with cross-functional teams to define AI-powered products that delight customers.
2. Be an end-to-end engineer: design, build, test, and deploy solutions ensuring seamless integration from backend to frontend.
3. Be a scientist: experiment with Generative AI, evaluate outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement.

About you:

Must have:

• Experience building commercial solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of Gen AI technology.
• Extensive experience with Python and React.
• Strong academic background in fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning basics such as training, evaluation, and statistics.
• Practical experience with modern software engineering techniques and best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools like Datadog.

Bonus Points:

• Proven track record with SaaS products.
• Experience with design system patterns.
• Experience in trading or fintech industries.
• Experience with real-time systems like WebSockets or stock tickers.
• Customer-first mindset and proactive work approach.
• Effective remote communication skills and ability to work independently.
