We are seeking a UK-based, passionate, growth-minded, and intellectually curious Senior Consultant (SC) / Engagement Manager (EM) to join Trinity’s vibrant Evidence Strategy / Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team.
The Evidence Strategy team is part of Trinity’s broader Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) business unit. The team supports biotech, pharma, and medical device clients on evidence planning, value demonstration, and scientific communication through real-world HEOR. We aim to expand our footprint in the UK and EU.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client point of contact for EVAP projects and lead internal teams.
- Ensure project outputs include strategic and actionable recommendations.
- Support and guide junior staff and coordinate workstreams.
- Create and present research materials, interim, and final reports.
- Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy at conferences and external events.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training.
- Provide UK/EU market expertise, including HTA and payer insights.
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; advanced degree in health sciences, Economics, HEOR, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical, strategy consulting, or HEOR roles with top-tier clients.
- Strong knowledge of HEOR methodologies and tools, including evidence synthesis, modeling, and scientific publication development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Open to remote work within UK/US, ideally near major offices in NYC, Boston, San Francisco, or London.
