Job Title: Head of Salesforce Development Location: Fully Remote Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £75,000-£85,000 per annum + 10% Bonus Benefits: Generous Holiday Allowance and Pension Contribution I am working with an exciting client in the Energy Sector who is continuously growing their Salesforce team. We are looking for a Head of Salesforce Development to lead the team, with a particular focus on the Energy and Utilities Cloud and a strong background in Energy. Role Overview: As the Head of Salesforce Development, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leading a team of admins and developers. Your expertise in Salesforce, especially within the Energy Sector, will be crucial in aligning technological capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Salesforce development projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems. Utilize your understanding of the Energy and Utilities Industry Cloud to drive strategic initiatives. Mentor and support a team of Salesforce developers, fostering growth and innovation. Stay updated on Salesforce trends and best practices to guide continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in Salesforce development, with proven experience in the Energy Sector. Familiarity with the Energy and Utilities Industry Cloud is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
