Serving a robust local, regional and national client base, it offers an excellent career opportunity for a driven professional.The Role:This senior position offers a great prospect for an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).As a key member of the team, you will:Manage your own caseload of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, director/shareholder disputes, insolvency, fraud and professional negligenceOversee a junior litigation solicitor and support staff, ensuring performance targets are met and a high level of service is providedEngage in business development and client relationship buildingExperience with contentious property matters is preferred, though not essential.
