Our client, Thrive, is in search of a skilled architectural technician to join their growing Technical teams in Romsey. This presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.
Summary of Role: The primary responsibilities include interpreting client briefs and creating working drawings and technical documents while adhering to the latest legislation. There is ample room for professional development within the technical team, offering opportunities to broaden experience and knowledge over time.
Key Attributes & Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 yearsβ experience (UK-based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
- Profound technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with REVIT is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Thorough knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
