Client Support – Chartered IFA Practice

A Chartered Financial Advisory practice located in Harrogate is looking to recruit an experienced professional individual to join a growing team who support the Financial Planners. The role will involve working as part of a friendly team who help deliver excellent client management to high-net-worth individuals. The company successfully blends providing a personal professional touch with modern financial planning tools, offering clients excellent, easy-to-understand advice.
Specifics of the role will include:
- Arranging client meetings and assisting with meeting preparation, which will include creating presentation material, client review information, portfolio summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Managing annual reviews, organising client meetings, and ensuring the financial planner has the required reports and performance analysis.
- Liaising internally to ensure client post-meeting requirements are actioned.
- Conducting research and helping provide information for client illustrations and suitability reports.
- Processing investment transactions including withdrawals, transfers, fund switches, etc.
- Handling client enquiries, ensuring excellent service levels are maintained and client requests are completed.
- Maintaining client records and information.
The ideal candidate will have wealth management/financial advisory experience and have worked in a similar role. It is important to have an understanding of investment, pension, and retirement planning products and be familiar with investment platforms.
