Working Hours: Flexible e.g., 08.30-16.30, with 30-mins for lunch
Computer Software: SystmOne
Salary: Negotiable

Duties include
Chronic Disease Management, COPD, Ashtma, Diabetes, (CDM) a priority
Cytology, a priority
Childhood imms, a priority

Clinic Structure
10-min for general appt\’s,
20-mins appt\’s for baby imms,
30-min appt\’s for LTCs.

Mandatory Requirements
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)
DBS Check
Immunisations History
NHS smartcard, desirable

Training Updates and CDP.
Cytology UPdates
Childhood Imms Updates
Vaccination Updates
Any other mandatory training e.g., Safeguarding, Basic Life Support etc.
