Leopard Labs is a Bifrost Studios investment building the AI OS for institutional capital. They partner with the world’s top hedge funds and financial institutions to identify real workflow friction points - then design, validate, and launch precision-engineered tools to solve them, turning today’s analog processes into tomorrow’s autonomous ones. This is how the next generation of investment organizations will think, decide, and operate.
We’re looking for a self-starter with a hacker mindset and a strong bias toward action. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enjoy turning zero-to-one product ideas into reality. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to build real solutions for some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions - firms managing trillions in assets. You’ll report directly to the CEO, a seasoned founder with a background at McKinsey and Rocket Internet. This is a remote-first role, but candidates must be based in Europe.
