We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a growing, global organization, all while enhancing HR systems and improving the user experience for HR teams across diverse locations. This is a home-based position, with the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a collaborative global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions are configured to meet client needs.
- Understand project scope and document business requirements, processes, configurations, and testing plans.
- Assist in setting up HR environments and managing access across client landscapes, including cutover and migration processes.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and collaborating with offshore teams.
- Support project teams by analyzing business scenarios and ensuring smooth integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications.
- Provide ongoing support during all project phases, including testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
- Document project details, including workbooks, test scripts, and other materials.
- Prepare and deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions to clients.
- Ensure smooth transition of project documentation to the support team and the client upon project completion.
- Offer continuous support to clients with workshops, fixes, proposed solutions, and expert advice.
