chef departierequired for a fresh food pub which is only about a 25 min drive from Carlisle and Penrith, this is a fresh food pub and everything made on site, this is a full time role, the salary works out at around £32k-33k plus tips. This kitchen has a team of 4 chefs currently and this role is a 5th chef, they are busy and are increasing the team size. It is a fresh food fresh food pub.

The role
As a chef de parties you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section is ready for service and cook in service. the role will include all the standard chef de parties duties

we are looking for a chef de parties from a fresh food background, it is a traditional pub that is uplifted the plates and pushing towards 1 rosette. you will have good knife skills
