Our Commercial team is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious new talent to help us grow even further. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for business expansion, including new markets, industries, or customer segments. · Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. · Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. · Proposal Development: Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients or partners. · Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilising CRM systems to track interactions with clients, manage leads, and forecast sales pipelines. · Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and finance to align business development efforts with overall company goals. · Performance Measurement: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement. · Overall, the role of a Business Development Manager is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to develop and execute effective business development plans aligned with company objectives. · Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. · Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite. · Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
