Responsibilities

• Berry Intake Inspector: Assess the quality of incoming berry batches and send daily freshness reports to our supplier partners.
• Packing Process Picker: Keep a keen eye on berries during packing—checking for ripeness, correct labels, packaging perfection, and all juicy customer specs. Stay in close contact with production to keep things smooth.
• Customer Spec Connoisseur: Know your berries! Understand every detail of customer requirements and packing preferences to deliver top-notch results.
• SOP Superberry: Ensure all berry-handling follows our Standard Operating Procedures—no squished strawberries on your watch.
• Sample Sorcerer: Prepare berry samples for testing and lend a hand to the Technical Team when needed.
• Calibration Cultivator: Keep our berry-measuring tools in tip-top shape with regular calibration.
• Shelf Life Sleuth: Assess how long our berries stay fresh and fabulous.
• Quality Communicator: Liaise with production and allocation teams to squash any quality concerns before they grow.
• QA Sidekick: Support the QA Manager and Supervisors—be their best backup.
• Spec Checker Extraordinaire: Make sure every packed berry meets customer specs and complete positive release checks with flair.
• Operations Ally: Jump in to support operations and other departments whenever needed.
• Hygiene Hero: Keep things sparkling clean with our “clean as you go” policy—because berries deserve a pristine home.
• Sampling Specialist: Take samples for analysis and quality control—because every berry tells a story.
• Line Leader: Confidently manage and cover up to three berry-packed production lines.
• Metal & Weight Watcher: Conduct metal detection and checkweigher checks to ensure every berry is safe and accurately packed.
• Routine Ranger: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks to keep operations running like clockwork.
• Berry Bonus Tasks: Take on ad hoc duties as they pop up—because no berry gets left behind.
