Are you a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner looking to join an outstanding primary school? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support our youngest learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with our Nursery Teacher, supporting keyworker children and playing a vital role in their development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children’s learning through high-quality interactions and play-based activities
  • Observing and assessing children’s progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys
  • Providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Being proactive in implementing the EYFS framework and adapting to the needs of each child

About You:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic practitioner who:

  • Holds an Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Is proactive, creative, and passionate about early childhood education
  • Works well in a team and takes initiative in supporting the nursery teacher
