You’ll be responsible for the following:
- The strategic counsel of clients, leading on the development and deployment of creative PR strategies to meet their commercial needs.
- Ensuring the team always remains outcomes orientated.
- Playing a principal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key media, clients, and any other third parties to create great client communications.
- Managing and overseeing a PR team to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.
- Inspiring confidence in clients and the team, being a role model and mentor to junior staff, and maintaining a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
- Identifying, developing, and nurturing talent within the team.
