Due to their growing success and innovative business, they are currently seeking an ambitious, experienced freelance Assistant Site Manager to join the team.

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities

1. Work in conjunction with the development team to ensure the site is progressing according to plan and budget.
2. Support the Site Manager in managing all site resources, including overseeing subcontractors.
3. Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained throughout all projects.
4. Assist with the delivery of all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation.

Assistant Site Manager Specification

1. Experience working on-site with main contractors.
2. Degree qualified or equivalent.
3. Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business.
4. Good problem solver who can work with minimal instruction.
5. Smart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers.
6. Punctual, reliable, and possessing good practical skills.
