This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction graduate to join a driven, high energy rappidly developing team – with full training to become a competant monitoring surveyor. You may have a construction / quantity surveying or building surveying degree and have an inerest in developing a career in this field and becoming chartered in time. The role of the monitoring surveyor is to monitor the progress of the project, and approve the drawdown of funds. Drawing on your knowledge of building surveying, construction project management and cost management, you will undertake a range of activities that reduce the short term financial risk and seek to ensure the long term benefit of the completed asset.
