The role involves operating heavy equipment and machinery to support various construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Operate and maneuver tractors and related equipment at construction sites to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material transport. Perform routine maintenance checks and basic repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling construction materials. Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring they are transported and distributed effectively on-site. Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tractor Driver or heavy equipment operator in the construction or civil engineering industry.
