GP Partner / Salaried GP with a view to Partnership

Job Summary

Due to upcoming retirement, we are seeking a new partner to join our team in Tenbury, alongside two other full-time partners and staff.

We are a semi-rural practice serving 9,750 patients in the Worcestershire Teme Valley. Tenbury is a vibrant market town on the River Teme, known for apple growing, The Mistletoe Festival, independent shops, and an art deco cinema. Our area extends into the south Shropshire hills, with a dispensing branch on Clee Hill. It is within easy commute of Ludlow, Leominster, Worcester, and Kidderminster.

Main Duties

• 6-8 sessions per week
• Manage a growing list size of 9,750 patients
• Work alongside 3 partners, 3 salaried GPs, and 2 ANPs
• Utilize our premises in town, recently expanded
• Dispensing branch on Clee Hill
• Provide weekday medical cover for local hospital
• Engage with visiting paramedics and ANPs
• Participate in GP training, including medical students from Keele University
• Part of a supportive PCN with ARRS staff support
• Support for clinical interests and development

Tenbury is recognized for high patient satisfaction and consistently good QOF results. We actively participate in LES and CEIF activities. We welcome CVs and visits for coffee.

Salary is dependent on experience. The position is permanent, with full-time or part-time options. The reference number is A3439-25-0001. Our locations include 34 Teme Street, Tenbury Wells, and Clee Hill Surgery, Ludlow.
