We are looking for a dedicated Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with a positive, proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a strong team spirit. This position will report to the Head Housekeeper.
Location: Summer Lodge Country House, Dorset
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off
Salary: £25,397 per annum
Key Responsibilities of a Linen Porter:
- Handling and distributing clean and used linen on a daily basis
- Organising, pressing, and returning guest laundry
- Keeping the linen room clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Receiving and checking housekeeping deliveries
- Supporting the housekeeping team as needed throughout the day
