Our client has a vacancy for a NQ to 1 year PQE Commercial Law Solicitor. The ideal candidate requires rounded general non-contentious commercial experience with an appetite to service a broad range of clients with varied advisory needs including in respect of:
- Bespoke commercial contracts
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Terms and conditions
- Intellectual property
- E-commerce and IT
- Data protection
- Franchising
- Consumer law
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified with PGDL or LPC
- Demonstrable experience in corporate and commercial law
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- An ability to build a good rapport with clients and to work well under pressure both alone and as part of a team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
- Supporting the Firm with brand awareness activities, including networking, events and content for the website and social media channels.
