Cover Supervisors. Cover Supervisor £85 – £100 per day Secondary Schools Across Sutton Flexible work We are looking for confident Cover Supervisors to work in schools across South West London on a flexible short-term and long-term contract basis. The Role As a Cover Supervisor you will work in secondary schools to provide support subject teachers by covering classes and ensuring students are working on tasks. This is a key role within secondary schools and almost every secondary school now engages cover supervisors to cover absences and staff when they are required for other duties.   This is great opportunity to work on flexible basis and gain experience within schools. The Cover Supervisor is in sole charge of the classroom control and ultimately the safety of  pupils within the class. To be a Cover Supervisor you do not need any formal qualifications but you must have experience working with children or young people of secondary age. You will need to be able to provide 2 references in relation to working with young people and hold a DBS Enhanced disclosure or be prepared to undertake a new DBS enhanced check.
