Student Engagement Mentor Engage Education is supporting an Outstanding specialist school in the Horsham area who are looking for student engagement mentors to join them. This is an all-through boys school specialising in pupils with Autism, ADHD and Trauma. They also work with pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health and other SEN conditions. This provision is located within the countryside, with an extensive Forest School Programme and excellent sporting facilities. This particular opportunity will be based within the secondary side of the school. Full training can be provided for the right applicants, so anyone from a Youth/Support worker or Care Worker are encouraged to apply. This role would also be suitable for any graduates with strong behaviour management or personal/professional experience with different SEND needs. Due to the location of the school, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle, as it is not accessible by Public Transport.
