Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing Sales team. The role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 6 months mortgage or bridging experience, with a keen interest in property.
The role of Mortgage Administrator includes:
- Broker appointment booking for BDMs.
- Creation of terms.
- Creating and organising files for each case.
- Chasing terms that have been sent within specific timescales.
- Internal CRM management.
- Obtaining professional quotes.
- Instructing professionals (surveyors, lawyers, QS etc).
- Liaising with the underwriting team.
- Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews weekly.
