You will be comfortable in project management, contract administration, and building survey, and able to effectively communicate well with colleagues and clients.   Responsibilities:   ·Pre-acquisition building surveys   ·Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations ·Preparation of schedules of works ·Contract Administration ·Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes ·Planned maintenance programmes Requirements:   ·Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). ·Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy. ·Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes. ·Excellent project management and communication skills.
