My well-established client is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their successful property sales team. You will be dedicated to offering exceptional customer service to their clients. As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients discover their ideal home. You will book property valuations, manage enquiries, schedule property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, look for new business and provide expert guidance throughout both the buying and selling process. On occasions you will also be involved in supporting the Lettings department to strengthen your knowledge of the property industry.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm with alternative Saturdays 9 am to 2pm. Time off in lieu will be given when necessary.
Looking for someone with the following:
- You will need a full driving licence & a car owner (expenses will be paid).
- Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
- A keen interest in property.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Previous sales or property experience is a plus, but not essential.
