Are you a detail-oriented Manual Tester with experience in business-critical systems? We’re looking for a Manual Test Analyst to join our client's team in Water Orton. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the ERP processes — covering sales orders, warehousing, logistics, and finance — remain robust and accurate.
Role responsibilities:
- Write and execute manual test scripts based on process specifications.
- Test end-to-end ERP process flows, ensuring upstream and downstream dependencies remain intact.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand process scenarios and build appropriate test coverage.
- Gradually take ownership of writing test scripts independently as you grow into the role.
- Provide input on best practices for test tools and automation, even though automation is not yet in place.
Skills required:
- Strong experience in manual testing, ideally within ERP systems.
- Understanding of core business processes (e.g., sales order, logistics, warehousing, finance).
- Ability to interpret process documentation and create structured, comprehensive test scenarios.
- Exposure to AS400 systems a plus; interest or familiarity with C# environments advantageous.
- Any experience with or knowledge of automated testing tools is a bonus.
