Join us, we’re an Investors in People Silver Standard Company To support the Contract Delivery Manager (CDM) in providing the necessary surveyed work volumes for an assigned programme within a distribution area(s). Take responsibility for driving their own allocated survey programme and ensuring KPI targets are met. Ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do! What you will be doing · Successful undertaking and completion of all Surveying Projects allocated. · Providing a high-quality level of project surveys and landowner consents to drive best value for money for both the client and Ground Control. · Satisfactorily resolve all landowner consenting queries and follow ups as required. · Participate in resolving any Held-Up spans that need client resolution to obtain consent. · Assist PM team in identification and resolution of any SSSI sites, TPO’s or conservation areas that fall within the scope/programme area. · Achieve a high level of safety awareness and ensure reporting of HSQE events/issues found on sites. · Attend internal programming and planning meetings as may be required. · Participate in training/shadow events covering Project Delivery, Tracking, Coordination, Commercial Management and Suppl…
