New Exciting Role at NEON … Ecommerce Manager – Luxury Brand This is an established luxury brand seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead their global strategy. The role will be varied, cross categories & markets and will see you work within a dynamic & entrepreneurial trading environment WHO ARE YOU ? Currently you are an experienced Ecommerce Professional with a 360 mindset, with a proven track record in driving successful customer acquisition and CRO in a fast paced trading team You will bring relevant experience ideally in luxury categories and a hands on entrepreneurial approach in a fast paced, creative environment RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Driving the Trading / Ecommerce Strategy, leading a small inhouse team Strategic planning and implementation of key projects Partnering Digital Marketing Team to support driving sales activity for ecommerce Drive brand engagement and CRO, continuously enhancing website performance and customer experience Overseeing the online journey, oversee all activity across product, campaigns & imagery Management of external partners and agencies Monthly reporting across the board, commercial acumen and an analytical mindset Shopfiy platform skills useful along with Wordpress CMS YOU WILL NEED : This is a integral role within the business.
