Accounts and Tax Partner responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a significant client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of client satisfaction
- Completing final reviews of larger, complex client files, ensuring the best possible value, advice, and quality are delivered
- Ensuring that technical compliance and accuracy are maintained across all areas of work, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing senior team to deliver exceptional client service
- Demonstrating expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service
As an Accounts and Tax Partner, you will be/have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- CTA qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Similar experience as an Accounts and Tax Partner or Director in mid-tier firm
- Expertise in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
