Lunchtime Welfare Assistant

As a member of the school team, you will work during lunchtime to ensure the children are safe, happy, and healthy.

You will supervise the children in the dinner hall, playground, and classrooms during wet weather.

You will need to enjoy the company of children, listening and talking to them, sorting out problems, assisting them with their lunch, and engaging them in playground and indoor games.

Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.

Ideally, we would like candidates to have some experience in working with children.

Salary: Grade 2, £3,341 – £3,393 per annum. £12.26 – £12.45 per hour, 6.25 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year.
