Order Picker / Packer

We are recruiting for full Order Picker roles in Southampton for a busy client.

As a result of rapid growth, we have an excellent opportunity for Order Pickers based in our local depot.

These roles are permanent and you will be working directly for our client and not through the agency.

Various Shifts Available

Shifts include:

1. 6am-2pm
2. 8am-4pm
3. 9am-5pm
4. 2pm-10pm
5. 4 on 4 off – 12hrs per day

Overtime rate >40 hours: £13.50ph

As an Order Picker, you will need to have:

• Good communication skills in order to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Able to manage own work in order to meet deadlines whilst maintaining performance standards.
• A positive and proactive approach to work with clear customer focus.
• A team player with a positive \’can-do\’ attitude, hard-working, and willing to learn.
• Able to load and unload items of up to 10 kilos.
