The purpose of the Lead Generator is to provide opportunities, create appointments and collect information from new and existing CRM data for the Deal Closing function.
Description of role and key responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering our products via superior customer service.
- Achieve productivity and sales budget KPIs set out by the Company.
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service.
- Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to Sales function and the role.
- Perform your role with a positive, constructive and professional attitude within a highly fast-paced team working environment.
- Ensure all compliance regulation and legislation is adhered to where relevant.
- Interact professionally with the Head of, Team Managers, and the various support teams.
- Any other request deemed reasonable from your line manager.
Core skills and knowledge:
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively.
- High degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions.

- Previous experience within a high performing Sales environment, minimum 12-24 months required. Previous experience in Financial Services environment would be advantageous e.g. insurance, lending, business-to-business.
