Recovery Worker
£23,750 pro rata per annum

Location: Macclesfield

We are seeking a caring, flexible, and creative Recovery Worker who thrives under pressure, can connect with people at all levels, and is passionate about helping others achieve independence. Join Richmond Fellowship’s Robin Hood Avenue, a small mental health supported housing service working to a recovery model, providing support for individuals with mental health issues to access community resources, peer support, and supported housing.

Your role will involve helping and inspiring service users to maintain their tenancy and independence, working with them to develop personal support plans to achieve their goals, whether in domestic skills, finance management, employment, leisure, or education. Relevant experience is required, and understanding of mental health issues or lived experience is welcomed. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working both independently and in a team, with flexibility to participate in a weekly rota and on-call duties.

This permanent, part-time position requires 18.5 hours per week and offers excellent benefits, training, and development opportunities.
