Salary: Basic salary to £25,000 – £28,000 (uncapped commission, high OTE)

Our client is a Warwickshire-based professional Life Sciences recruitment consultancy. They have ambitious growth plans for the coming 18 months, which include an opening for a researcher/resourcer to join the team. This role has the potential to develop into a recruitment consultant role or a more senior resourcing role, depending on your career aspirations.

Responsibilities

The role will be busy and varied and will include:

1. Mapping and researching the market.
2. Interviewing suitable candidates.
3. Gathering contacts and names.
4. Gaining competitor information.
5. Managing social media.
6. Preparing e-shots and marketing.
7. Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day duties.

Requirements

You will need to work at a fast pace, using your charm and influence to build rapport with customers while focusing on the accurate and timely completion of administration tasks to meet fixed deadlines. They seek a perfectionist with a great personality.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have experience in a recruitment environment and an understanding of the recruitment process, or be looking to enter the recruitment industry with a view to advancing your career.
