You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality facilities management solutions on a single site, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

In this role no two days are the same as you will be involved in a variety of work such as Testing, Planned and reactive maintenance, and Project work.

Responsibilities:
  • As an Electrical Engineer you will work nationwide performing a variety of electrical work across multiple different industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Education, and commercial sites.
  • You will perform a variety of tasks throughout these sites such as Test and inspecting, Planned and reactive maintenance, and Project work.
  • You will perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems in the building, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency backup systems.
  • You will ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes while maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
  • You will collaborate with project managers to plan, design, and implement electrical projects, ensuring they meet the required specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, testing, and project work, including documentation for audits and inspections.
  • There will be times where you will have to do overnight stays in order to complete work the following day.
Candidate:
  • You must hold the relevant qualifications in Electrical installations e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds.
  • The role requires you to hold the 2391 - Test & Inspection.
  • The role requires you to hold AM2.
  • The candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • You must be willing to spend the odd day overnight.
