As part of the firm’s ongoing expansion, they are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join at Partner level, based in their Swansea office. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role, driving the growth of the private client team while delivering outstanding service to a diverse and affluent client base.

• Lead and manage the Private Client team in Swansea, delivering high-quality legal services and setting strategic direction for the department.
• Oversee a broad range of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and tax planning matters, providing expert guidance and support to clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Act as the face of the firm’s private client practice, ensuring the continued growth and expansion of the team while maintaining the firm’s remarkable reputation for excellence.
• Take a leading role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers, nurturing future leaders within the team.

• An experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 8+ years PQE, ideally with a strong background in leading private client teams and managing complex, high-value estates.
• Proven experience in a partner-level or senior role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional technical expertise in private client law, including trusts, estate planning, inheritance tax, and other complex areas of private client work.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to expand the firm’s private client practice and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence both internally and externally.
• A stable and impressive work history, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the private client sector.
